We started by playing life.
Our first product was Aglet, a map-based collection game that grew past four million players worldwide. It taught us how to capture, process and protect behavioural data at a global scale.
The Smart Map
Then we built Onlife to understand it.
Those learnings became the Onlife Smart Map and the Spatial Behavior Engine: spatial intelligence built to understand how real days unfold in the real world, across millions of journeys.
The asset
We had quietly built a data company.
Years of building meant terabytes of real operational data, and the pipelines to extract, de-identify and structure it. The asset sat on no balance sheet, but it was there, and it was valuable.
The frontier
We sold our data to a frontier lab.
Frontier AI labs pay for exactly this kind of signal: real operational data the public web has never held. We packaged our own, licensed it, and passed a frontier lab's evaluation and acceptance. Paid, delivered, verified.
Today · Dunedain
Now we are the bridge for everyone else.
Doing it ourselves showed us what it takes: the privacy engineering, the legal wrapper, the delivery spec, and above all the relationships. Almost every business holds an asset like ours, and almost none can reach the buyers alone. Dunedain turns the data businesses already hold into licensed, paid-for assets.
Where we are heading
From licensed data to better judgement.
Licensing is the beginning, not the destination. We are building infrastructure for organisational judgement: a product that helps businesses make better decisions by truly understanding their own data, the same engine that makes data valuable to AI, turned back to serve the business that created it.
